Raising Shiba Inus since 2016

After studying dog structure & breed standards for many years, Shiba Inus were a breed which captivated us and we have raised them since 2016. But our experience with dogs is a lot longer than that. Our appreciation for Shiba Inus is because of the breed's WILD BEAUTY, intelligence, their on par watch dog capability and their exquisite hunting capabilities. Our Shiba Inu dogs are bred to have good bone mass, rounded faces, short & properly angled muzzles, rounded tip ears and overall soundness. We've got very specific picture in mind to aim for with every litter. Each generation should be better than the last generation.

Shiba Inus- an ancient & natural breed

The history of Shiba Inus is also pretty cool- they go way back and are highly regarded in their founding country of Japan. (Fun fact- Aside from usual hunting, Shibas were also kept to chase away monkeys from people's houses). It wasn't until 1992 that Shiba Inus were recognized in the USA as an official breed in the AKC show circuit.

Excellent early socialization- our puppies are monitored and HANDLED daily because they are born into a family who cares deeply for them, and wants them to have a bright future.
Specific handling to condition- Our Shiba Inu puppies are specifically handled so that they will not be overly sensitive and unwilling for their new owners. Shibas are known for being hard to handle, but OUR puppies are handled so that they are ok with common actions like being held, having their nails trimmed, mouths & ears checked, being brushed, etc.
Detailed Pictures Weekly & Videos: We provide our buyers with NEW pictures every week as their puppy grows. We also take & share videos as the puppies grow (Please note- we do not take videos every week, we only do videos when time allows or as needed).
Detailed photos of the parents: We provide more pictures of our sires & dams than just about any other breeder out there does.
Pedigreed: most of our puppies are AKC registered, and if not registered they are fully pedigreed.
Vet checked- Our Shiba Inu puppies are always checked on by our veterinarian.
Crate acclimated- While ours are not raised in crates (heaven forbid!), they are trained to be in a crate at times, so that they are already used to it.
